1. I noticed something while playing, how are we meant to set which knives we are using during the game, is that a command that will always be on or what's the story with that?

This was mentioned in the PM.

You can't use the commands mid game and there won't be any time during the day.

Yeah, I know that but like so you can only use one knife the whole tourney?

Yes this isn't master chef.
I'm sure you can handle using only 1 knife per game.
