Automate the tags in editor and shoutbox.
I'm taking about these:

And the shoutbox ones (without space after @):

@ staff
@ headadmins
@ jbadmins
@ surfadmins
@ aimadmins

Its always outdated and looks like garbage.
Wtf do staff do all day???
