Type !comms to see how long you are muted/gagged for and why you were (if a reason is stated, if there isn't just ask the admin in @admin chat).
As for the slaying pop-up, admins try to slay as quick as possible when an incident occurs, adding an extra parameter for admins to type out when slaying people makes it slower, not to mention that some admins (like me) have a 'sm_slay @aim' command so they can just easily look at/spectate the player who has broken a rule and slay them. If we add this then it ruins the point of the @aim command.
