It has not been 3 months since the ban which was made on 12/10/2017:

So this appeal is invalid.
Furthermore, the chances of you getting unbanned are very very slim due to severity of the ban.
With that being said you can still make the appeal in 3 months time and I'll review it to ensure an unbiased decision is made.
Also don't make new forum accounts. Get someone to change your forum account from banned -> limited when the time comes.
This appeal is also invalid as you don't have a steam ID linked so you could be anybody.
