Increasing the max velocity wont lead to much delaying as the players that can surf fast and keep their speed due to them knowing how to surf at high speeds can kill the other people anyway, rounds only go for 4 minutes, and if the round ends in a tie the map still progesses as ct wins.

Most the people that disagree with the speed cap being changed are either horrible at surf (SpAdes) or haven't played surf nearly long enough to know. Nearly everyone that is considered a good surfer much rather prefers a higher speed cap than invex currently has. If there was to be a poll taken by ACTIVE surfers from invex and other servers, it would definitely be in favour of a higher max velocity.

Not many people really play invex as a competitive surf server seeing if theyre really good at surf and can surf with high velocity and kill people whilst doing so, the server prohibits them from being good in a way creating a skill cap, and they constantly die to someone who is camping. If someone who has played this game before, knows how to aim and decides to camp, they can easily kill anyone surfing at invex's current max velocity, which is stupid as the campers should be put at a disadvantage as they arent surfing.
