meh, i dont wanna have to be answering questions n shit on ct, high risk low reward. admins can just see if a guard is inexperienced by the mistakes they make anyway, dont need to have a rule checking system

Well maybe a better suggestion is having a quick automated, timed quiz of 2 or 3 questions about the CT rules, when they are put into guard queue, a webpage is opened up similarly to the MOTD (i have been informed the command is !web) and that webpage has 2 or 3 randomly picked (from a preset selection) questions about the rules, if they get them all correct they are put onto CT, the reason for it being timed is so that people can't just open up the CT rules and make sure they get it right, if its timed, then the person must actually know the rules or be a amazing guesser. Might make it easier on the admin team so they don't have to be on and make it more of a task.
