Not a bad Idea, a few pros and cons. Could always make players with 'x' amount of CT PT exempt from the rule check. It would definitely need a timer on it to prevent spam.

Also. It still has a chance of letting idiots through. You would have to provide a multi-choice and people could just guess and get it right and multi-choice always narrows it down to at least 1 answer that looks correct and they could get through that way. let alone people accidently answering wrong etc etc.

I can see the ct unban requests now.
