Tick 80300 : I start shooting at him with an ak-47 and he joins spec through !afk, which resulted in a point evade. he leaves 10 seconds later to only rejoin 30 seconds after he left. Tick 124100 : Joins spectators again through !afk, resulting in a point evade

Yeah this is true. Multiple times is asked to slay per map due to other rule breaking, whether it be telecamping or other stuff.

In this case I witnessed the second one and was on and heard about the first one, but its all in the demo's.
