+1. Once someone is x in the guard que, they have to answer questions with no time limit and if they get it wrong, they move back x amount of spots in the que. This encourages them to ask someone or search it up. It could even have the jb rules under the question so all you have to do is scroll down and find the rules. People will learn other rules while trying to find the rules related to the question

From what ive seen, this would be this best implementation cause it isnt too much of a punishment and encourages positive learning.
