Although he did shoot as soon as he came through the tele he also slayed for it later. The first example you gave of him point evading looks intentional but the second one doesn't at all. He was already not moving before he was even tagged so he evidently was already typing !afk. It looks like it was just a coincidence that he was tagged just before leaving the server. Seeing as there was only one case of him purposefully point evading and it could have been unintentional he will be let off with a warning this time. That being said if he is seen to be point evading again then this may result in a reset of his points and a lengthy ban. Thanks
