Can confirm that he blatantly telecamped 2 people and attempted to telecamp a few others. His justification that it was "more than 3 seconds", when really he waited less than 1 second, shows that he has an understanding of telecamping and still intentionally telecamped multiple people. However, seeing as he is still quite new and it is only a minor offence he will only be given a 2 hour ban this time around. Thanks.
