Taser Plugin Removed

Well Byte, all new people that come on wondering how to get a zeus other than Ski are frequently told when I'm on and I see Beax and others (including all admins) tell them the command '!taser' too, everyone also helps them to make a bind if they feel like they want one. By having a bind for the Zeus, it allows you to equip a fast, one shot kill assuming you hid them. I feel like this can be overpowered in situations but never have seen or felt it was such an issue that it would need to be removed. A potential fix/adjustment is to maybe make the command useable once every 30 seconds, this then adds the feeling that if you miss your zeus, there is a lengthy time gap before another one can be obtained. The '30' second figure could be increased or decreased but yea, those are my thoughts.
