+1 Really seems to have improved lately pushing towards being admin material.
Also idk why people are -1'ing you for not talking that much, you still actively enforce rules and try help others if they ask.

In saying that I significantly recommended you get a mic if you plan on being an admin
(gotta tell people off a lot!)
