The mic is an absolute necessity to admin efficiently and effectively, You need to learn how to use this a lot more when becoming admin. This is why I'll be going neutral for now.

I'm definitely happy to give you a shot though, as a lot of admins are busy and cannot get on at the moment.
You're active, you enforce rules, you're friendly but the mic needs to be used.
