Ok buddy, I feel like you have the potential for an admin but at this stage you're not quiet there. Good overall ability though and definitely show the dedication and passion towards the server. For this I'm gonna neutral as I don't see any reason to -1 you only things you can improve on is care less about meaningless deaths and maybe try have fun more rather care about the fact you just lost 10 points.
