Ok, so confusion that screenshot means jackshit.. I didnt say that you never gave me the knife I said that you gave me the knife to carry you and as I said until you have proof of me saying "Let me have it for 1 game and ill give it back" the knife will be with me and h0pz that was a total different story nothing to do with this...

Also, Confusion was making up some bullshit with B1 saying ViiPER scammed me with the name ViiPER // forgot what was after the // then B1 noticed that wasnt my name the night before and Confusion was just basically silent after that till the next day...

Extremely suspicious that you have an attachment discussing the 'deal' this late after the deal.
Why would you save that picture?

Especially considering that confusion kept silent for one day.
Picture seems forged.

Well byte its kinda obvious.. I saved this ages ago and I had no proof till I found the picture in "My Documents" also Confusion took screenshots of this trade apparently but now when you ask him he says he doesn't have any so we both took screenshots of the trade before we actually confirmed the trade and carry.. so ye.

Also, the reason this was so late because I thought everything was sorted out till Gutterfucker msged me saying "Plan on replying to the thread" and I just came here and replied since you said before to B1, "Its an abuse report, now Viiper has to come on and explain his side of the story.
Anyone can make an abuse report on any player."

Also if you can ask Confusion for any proof he wont have any because he knows that the screenshot he took ages ago when we done the trade was me saying I will carry you for the knife and I did so he will just pretend he lost the screenshot that he took when we first made the trade, all he done was take a picture of the trade which basically means nothing because I never said I didnt get the knife from Confusion I just said I got it and carried him for it.

So thats basically it if you dont believe me go ask Confusion for "proof" to back his side of the story up but till then the knife will be with me.

Where did you get the assumption that everything was sorted out?
If you see a Staff member saying "we will wait for x", chances are we're going to wait for x.

Again, he didn't screenshot the trade itself, or the chat to my knowledge. Just the history.

He doesn't necessarily need to be debating this report with you either, that's not how courts do it and it isn't how we do it.
The jury debates it, and the defendant defends. The victim, on the other hand, "victims" for lack of a better word.  

Allow me to say what I've already said; there have been communication issues here.
Both you and Confusion are to blame. Confusion didn't phrase his wording nearly as well as he should've, but you didn't interpret his offer as what it was obviously intended to be.
Tell me; do you really believe that he would pay you $60+ for carrying him for a single competitive game at low ranks?
Does that really seem right to you?
I'll throw it out there right now - if that seems right to you I see very little point in discussing this with you.
I can fully and wholly assure you that Confusion was not implying that he would be actually giving you the knife for a single game.
If he was intending that, why would we be having this debate at all?

The fact that you've already sold the knife despite this very present and fairly high-profile scam accusation is damning in my opinion.

Confusion has been foolish to not word his offer clearly enough, but you've been extremely shady to take advantage of that.
You fuckin' know damn well that he didn't intend to give you the knife for a single game. Don't bullshit me. You didn't even check with Confusion to see what exactly he meant.
This was not a scam, this was simply ViiPER taking advantage of a deal that wasn't explained well. However, if it weren't to be classified as such, it'd be a scam for lack of better term.

Confusion, be more careful in future, no matter how much you trust the person you trade to.
