ViiPER did claim that, if given evidence, he'd buy the same sort of knife back and give it to Confusion, for the record. It now comes down to whether ViiPER will hold to his promise of returning the knife.
Make no mistake, my above text fully constitutes as evidence until otherwise can be proven.

Gutter as I said I wont be giving the knife back anytime soon unless he shows you guys proof of me saying I want it for one game even if he did make a mistake in his wording I did not scam him in anyway, so ye I wont be giving the knife back till he has proof of me scamming him.

You are knowingly asking for something that does not exist.
The way Confusion's offer was worded makes it impossible to directly prove that you "scammed" him. However, it is directly possible to prove that you took advantage of his wording for your own benefit. You are well aware of this.

The following does not represent anyone's viewpoint other than my own. Excuse me if I appear unprofessional.

Let me make something perfectly clear; you are not negotiating. You are defending. You are trying to bargain with me, and it's not going to work; partially because you're fully aware that you're asking for something that does not exist.
As far as I'm concerned, this case has been mostly resolved. Anyone is welcome to come forward with reasoning to state otherwise if needed, but everything on the table right now has been discussed.
ViiPER, if you have clear, firm evidence that you didn't take advantage of Confusion's offer, please present it.
If the conclusion were down to me, I'd simply present you with two options; keep the knife and be permanently banned, or give the knife back and remain a Member of Invex, no tricks or strings attached other than the assuration that any future similar issues will be treated like acidic waste.
However, this means nothing as the conclusion will be handled by a Staff member.
