[JAILBREAK] Map suggestions

Here are some maps as the current jb map pool could do with some work in my opinion.

1. jb_snow_v2 

Variety of new and creative map games, to make the server more fun.
Pretty much exactly the same as the original jb_snow but bug fixes/gameplay improvements

2. jb_putin_v2

Bloody fun map, lot's of creative map games and an overall fun experience.

3. jb_fastness

Fun map, pretty average but I'm sure people would like it

I'm going to add more, but more jb maps would help a lot as the current rotation is getting relatively stale.
