this does not need to be changed, this a tiny necessity that picky players want change, i also dont know why u +1'd twice xd

-1 not a priority also its not really needed if you dont enjoy the starting jb map that its simple, rtv, thats what the command is made for, to rtv maps you dont personally enjoy

good idea, summer jail is a crap map and rtving actually takes cooperation from the server, especially in the first/second round
