While I do really like you and think you are a good bloke, you do need to improve a tad to be 'senior member' material. First of all is just some more time in the community, keep at it and this will be squared away easily; this will show your dedication and determination to the community. Another way to improve would be some more contributions, while I like the abuse reports get a few more bug reports/suggestions and this would be a big reason for a +1. Third of all work on your maturity a tad, you love a bit of banter and I do like that about you but sometimes you need to be able to recognise the time, place and person that you are joking around with to see if it will be beneficial. While it might seem that this is a lot of negatives, you definitely are a future senior member and are so close, just not quite there yet.
