Been a bug report on this before, although this was for the top 10 donators list. Not sure if this would carry over to Top donators list or if it was indeed a chargeback from somebody else as @Zacjac has stated.

As mentioned above, the table is listed by donation amount and then by user id (asc).

So you should be #39 on both the main page + the top donator page.
If you refresh multiple times, are you saying it changes position? It shouldn't be doing that.
