[JAILBREAK] Starting Map on Jailbreak

I agree It should be a map that everyone enjoys so that it’s not a waste of time. At the moment whenever the server has a problem and it goes to summer the people just rtv to get on a better map. Another thing that could be done is that when the server restarts you just vote for a map right away and it changes right away instead of everyone having to rtv, choose a map and do like 3 or 4 rounds before changing map.
