+1, whenever I am on surf and see beax on he doesn't scream, or cause trouble bland helps out people when they ask for it.
Just something to work on is enforcing the rules abit more while your app is up, speak up more and dont be afraid to call people out when they are wrong. You already do enforce the rules but as others have stated if you would just explain to them what they are doing is wrong.
