neutral Not quite member material yet. He deleted both apps before this due to him not liking the criticism(6/2/18), got toxic at me for bringing up relevant issues and I have seen him get toxic at multiple members of this community for very little. In saying this he has improved a great amount and in my eyes almost ready for member, just gotta cut out some of that toxicity.

EDIT: Also, he doesn't have any added suggestions so he lied in his app "- BECAUSE I HAVE A GOOD AMOUNT OF SUGGESTIONS, ABUSE REPORTS AND POSTS IN GENERAL TO HELP THE COMMUNITY. "

Thanks @Jubbimo for your critism, I will make sure to improve on those aspects. And also I meant I have made suggestions not they have been accepted hehe xD
