Now implemented as the list users command (or lu for short):

It works similar to the check owner command.
You give it a channel name and it lists all the users with perms to join it/type in it.

Example:

Input:
!ch lu v test

Output:
Voice channel 'test' list of users: Invex Gaming, Byte
