His account only has 500 hours and he has 2k playtime. Hes also 5th place on gameme right now.

Correct, he can't surf, but can smack me when flying through the sky. This hacker can clutch and kill a whole team of pros (e.g. Albert/Lagalot) I would prefer if he wasn't playing anymore.
