[COMBAT SURF] Top map speed

u worded this horribly but yeh +1 seen this on other servers pretty fun, for anyone that normal and cant understand morty i think he means a plugin that records the fastest speed that someone reached on the map and it would reset every map, its pretty fun to compete with and may revive the dying surf server.

BUT @"Morty" for this to be effective i think we would need to increase the speed cap so we can reach higher speeds

its still 14k and the only map u can really get that on is griver
