Joined at same time on same IP and left together on same IP with a large gap in the middle leads me to believe that you were in fact ghosting and not walling.

Keep in mind that this is still a serious offence as ghosting gives you a huge advantage during hunger games.
As you were honest and admitted to what you did, your ban and Hawking's bans have been reduced to 3 days.
