Vulture hasn't done anything wrong really. He is a new admin and is learning still, Stephan when you said "I think personally we should get an replacement and for you to have a break and come back new and improved." Who are you referring to for a replacement? because in my opinion vulture is doing great, he mutes and so if i break rules even though he is my irl friend. He might be a bit leanient but that is better than having some grouchy guy who no one likes.

honestly, if people thought i was immature i don't think i would've ever got admin. people explain in my application for admin saying that i was mature for my age. as ownaj said, provide demos/proof

This is in my kindest regards to you vulture, you are an great person, great warden and a fun guy to play with, but this is about your admin rank. Of course I'm in no position for me to say that you should or shouldn't have admin, but I'm simply expressing my opinion which is what I thinks needed, you are an active person, but not an active admin. With what I've seen and a few others that I've mentioned and a few more I forget they can comment themselves, I've seen when the server is literally kaotic that you haven't done anything, I was telling everyone to stop and all you were doing was trying to warden, this happened for a couple maps. When you did finally do something, all you did was try and get your voice over them and it turned into even more mic spam, A few people have said to me that they've seen it also, you are a great person but I have seen it a few times. I think you need a little more time and reapply for admin.

I don't want any roasting in the comment just if you've seen anything extra you'd like to add or not, vulture your a good man but I think personally we should get an replacement and for you to have a break and come back new and improved.

 You guys who are judging by age are all wrong. Its basically "ABUSE" Its just like judging a book by its cover but instead age. Its possible that any age really can be mature as hell.

Okay so I was told by @"StephanCSGO" that Vulture was not handling various situations well (ie not using powers or mic spamming etc) and I told him to make an abuse report. I should have made it clear that proof would be needed. Anyway, @"StephanCSGO" isn't trying to be mean, he just thinks you vulture need to improve or adjust your admining style. Now personally I am busy and will be for another week but after I get back I will be doing a proper audit of all of our current admins on all servers, some changes will likely occur (not targeted at anyone in general). Until then me and others won't be able to review the admins in terms of effectiveness, activity and 'harshness' of punishments.

For this particular abuse report, there is no action that can be taken but a good admin would not dismiss the issues bought up but instead learn from them (which i'm sure vulture is doing during his trial period).

The admin team have concluded that this is NOT abuse.
No further action will be taken.
