Pretty sure there isn't a tag because Member and Sr. Member doesn't have any special perms assigned to it? Example is how every public name tag isn't server group specific.
Also Veteran does have a tag. dood.

A lot of things are not necessary but we still have them Squidward, I don't see any harm but I don't see why being a member needs a tag, being a member alone is showing dedication to the server neutral.
