I think everyone is +1'ing without thinking about surf rounds. Surf rounds are much shorter and map changes occur much faster. Not to mention the 'round end' time is only 5 seconds long. People typically talk on surf and some listen to their own music or use !sm where as in Jailbreak you have to listen to whats going on so you need audio.
Overall I think a fair amount of people wouldnt not enjoy round end sounds on surf. However, as it can be turned off, it shouldn't be much of an issue.

Thats a good point but I guess you could also make it so that it only occurs at the end of a game.

Like you said, not much of an issue to people since they can turn them off.

i'm currently neutral about this topic (same reasons as Byte ) but i was thinking putting music at the very end of the maps instead of putting them at the end of the round?

-1 the music already sounds shit when @"TripleCDawg" and Forgotten pick them and you want to introduce the surf members to the music
