First of all this was a very high quality application.
In terms of contributions, your abuse reports have been very good/accurate, well done!
One point I will make is don't let others change your judgement, we don't want people who cheat (especially on our servers) to play on our communities.
The admin team also feel you need to improve relations with a lot of members in the community.
Please note that isn't related to your age, we have had young admins in the past before who've done a great job (prime example being jynxx).
You should also work on enforcing rules with more confidence etc. Avoid playing favourites and try to take constructive criticism when its given to you.
