Overall, he is inexperienced which is shown in the last round where nearly every order is not understood but the T's and i have to reciprocate what he says correctly so they understand.

Can confirm, he did cheat my lr twice by entering medic when I stated in the rules not to enter medic and when I did go to kill him he freekilled me. He apparently swapped but it was last round soo...
