Once abuse reports get marked as abuse or not abuse the thread tags need to be changed to "abuse" or "not abuse" (back to the red/green they originally were).

Why? The ABUSE/NOT ABUSE tags were placeholders pretty much as we used to simply close the thread on completed reports rather than move them into new sections.
They actual reports are but into a section called ABUSE or NOT ABUSE.

It's still obvious to tell if it's been marked as not abuse or abuse? This isn't need, or another alternative (which will make it look crowded) is too have [ABUSE][1v1] or [NOT ABUSE][JAILBREAK] for examples. Otherwise it's fine
