Why do you want to be an admin on Invex Gaming?

I've played Invex for a month and I've enjoyed it a lot and have decided I want to become an admin. I have many years of experience on admining jailbreak, although I can be silly at times I know when to be serious. This makes the game fun and also controlled and I feel I can be a good part of the team to implement this sort of admin style to help people enjoy Invex. 
One of the main reasons I want to be admin is the fact that sometimes I am on jailbreak and I have had to call admins on due to the chaos caused by some players. If I was admin this could be sorted right there on the spot.

with the experience's i have had with you, you have been aggresive and argue alot, personally i dont think you are ready for admin -1 from me

We will need to see a constant improvement on attitude towards players & The Admin Team.

We are also just 2-3 days removed from altercation between you & a Server admin & Global, However you did "apologize".

We also like our admins to be lenient towards new players and the community, at this present moment as stated above we are just shy 3 days removed from a altercation with The admin team over a rule where Voice changers are concerned.

We will not get back into that one.

1. We will need to see a constant improvement in the manner of respect shown towards the admin team
2. We will need to see you being more lenient towards players.
