i thoroughly regret my actions. 

Although i did give a reason as to why i did it in sensitive, i believe there is no excuse for mass freekilling. 

I wish i could at least have this ban duration reduced as i would like to prove myself as a good ct once again.

When you where banned you stated that you where confused and didn't hear the orders because of your 1000 ping. You then got caught out for lying.
I think you can wait another week at least.
