At 0:17 in the video he continues to run straight pass the beam for a full second before the next beam is placed.

CT5: GUARDS must wait for 2 seconds before killing PRISONERS for failing to follow an order. Any reasonable requests for a repeat of orders must be adhered too. GUARDS cannot be NAZI with this rule.
It was 1-2 seconds that he wasn't on the beam (was in front of it), and when the new beam was placed, it cancelled out the previous one. Just nazi wardening. Nothing too major. CT-banned for 60 minutes.
