As the title states, all i want is for a activity list of the 20 most active people on the forums to be added to the extras section of forums just because i think it'd be cool to have, If this is already implemented somewhere, where?

I'd love it. Showing their total % of posts/threads contributed next to their names on the list would be nice, too.

Posts: 50 (3.04 per day | 0.41 percent of total posts) I don't have many post but it used to be about 4 posts a day.
but this would be pretty cool
and I agree with Skrub everyone would just spam to be on it.

Not really needed right now. There aren't any good public plugins to display this nicely and I'm not going to write one myself.
