Approximate Time & Date of the Ban: Can't remeber but it was around 1 week ago.

Name of the admin you were banned by: I think it was Eehee
Reason for ban: I slowly worked my way up to 11 warns (3 were give at same time thats why i got banned at 11 not 10 warns).
Were there any other admins present at the time of the ban?: Prince and Grom were probably on at the time of ban.
How did the ban occur (Your side of the story): I have been an idiot and just made to many stupid mistakes. Some were an accident and some were intentional which still dose not excuse my poor actions.
Do you have any other evidence that might support your appeal? (e.g. Screenshots/Demos/Other players who can vouch for you?): I dont have any as is was over a period of a few months (76+ hours).
Why do you think you should be unbanned?: Not so much as completely unbanned but i just think that i should be put back to maybe 8 or 9 warnings as some were for stupid reasons and some were just careless mistakes. If i was to be unbanned i only want to ask for one last chance as i dont think i deserve more any more chances. After the ban i re-read most of the rules and made sure that i wont make ANY silly mistakes anymore. I have played over 200 Hours of jailbreak server and do know how everything works. Everything i have done has been unitentional. Most warns were for accidentally free killing someone with now warden ect. If this ban is not lifted now could i at least know how long until i can apply to be unbanned again! Thank you for reading.
