I play combat surf quite a bit and the ramp glitches are getting to the point where they must be fixed. this would help the sever out heaps

Which servers/parts of the map in particular?
Generally the ramp glitches aren't too bad for us but we aren't at 64 tick so it can be somewhat glitchy on older maps.

Surf_Utopia and surf_legends both have ramp glitches but I do not know how this could be fixed without remaking the ramps...

If its bad enough, Hello World (after exams) could potentially work towards fixing the glitches and releasing the map on the workshop. He has done this for other surf maps and some surf ports, would be a piece of cake for him. Best way to help him is to get a list of all maps with the problem here and specific areas of the map that cause issue: IE: Surf_Utopia - only the start Surf_Utopia - every ramp Etc so we know which parts need improving. Pictures would be ideal, if not detailed descriptions.

AFAIK Legends has no glitches.
Utopia will because we run a higher tick rate, it isn't exactly feasible to remake maps that have glitches. A better option is to turn down the tick rate.

Yea pretty hard to just "fix" as theyre basically part of the map. I have noticed one that you can hit on purpose at the start of rebel_scaz
There's one on one of the start rampd you can do the same thing with on legends
But they aren't that bad I mean it's a bit annoying but you learn how to avoid it anyways

There are very little ramp glitches AFAIK on all maps. The tick rate is set at 102.4 due to this being the optimum tick rate for surf. Any higher and those glitches would be worse, lower and we reduce the hit reg severly and would make trying to hit moving targets very hard. AFAIK GRiver is the only map that can be played consistently on 128tick without many glitches(teles at bottom get the ladder glitch on the white circles)
