[SERVER] New TagMod Trial

So our tag system has been pretty simple for some time and it has been static.
I have gotten around to setting up a database with proper permissions and have written a new tag plugin.

I had to manually load in the permissions and members for the plugin.
This took a long time and in the future I will be simply using a web script to do this based on the forums.

Anyway, the TagMod is now active on Surf.
It seems to be fully functional.
Custom colours will come in the future.
It is only available to VIP members or Veterans and higher. (Note: I said I added the permissions manually so it may not work for everyone).
I'll leave the plugin up for maybe 1-2 days to test it a little. If you are VIP and its not working and you really want to test, shoot me a PM on forums.
After this, I'll take it offline and rerelease it when its fully automated and synced with forums.

To bring up official tag list for your account, type:

!tag

Official tags have a star next to them to indicate they are official.

To use a custom tag, type:

As always, make a post on forums if there are any bugs.

Update: The plugin was taken down for some time to fix some syntax bugs.

The plugin has now been reenabled both on Surf and Trade lounge servers.
It should now work for all players ONLY IF they have an account on the forums with the appropriate tags applied to it.

If you don't have a forum account, the tags won't work.
The tag database auto-refreshes every 3 hours.
So if you are a new member, VIP etc it could take up to 3 hours for your tags to work!
As always report any bugs.

Colours are STILL not implemented and will be added in the future.

Some accounts on the forums that have special characters and symbols in their name will NOT work with this plugin.
Such symbols are not banned as forums name and we will be changing usernames that contain them currently.
