Few issues to note for clarification

• I personally suspected it quite quickly, but waited to see if VAC or SMAC would report anything
  
• Subsequently, ev0 and Tick steam messaged me separately with their suspicious. Following after some time Scream also accused him over voice chat
  
• ev0 then perma-banned him
  
• Kerser eventually added me contesting the ban, I advised him I'd make a forum post whereby he would have an official channel to contest it (which I advised if he genuinely believes he was wrongly banned)

From What me and Rem saw, as well as the other admins, there was no way this guy wasnt using some sort of hack. He was consistently no scoping people that were flying around from across the map while surfing.

He also called me spency which may point towards him being OfficialGxC or he just knows it. :^
