[JAILBREAK] Sprays on Jailbreak

I've been thinking about sprays on Jailbreak for a bit and i talked to Hello World about it, It shouldn't be too hard to implement and my idea for it is to have a spray section in the store where you purchase sprays for credits (Credit sink since there's so many credits floating about atm) these sprays would be bindable like jetpack (bind sm_spray "key") and whatever spray you had equipped would be sprayed onto the surface you are looking at (within a close-ish distance) sprays are basically a picture of something that you buy and then can spray onto walls ye

Working on this now. Will look at how many credits people have and such and then set prices.

Also a big MAYBE, I may allow perm vips to add a spray of their choice provided they supply me a base image.
