[JAILBREAK] Map exploit rule needs to be added

I understand that you are not allowed to go to a location, where someone without jetpack can't get. This is what I define as map exploiting and I'm sure a lot of other admins could agree with that definition. The reason I'm posting a thread is because we need to add it into the JB rules. There are a few rules that are enforced by admins that aren't written rules and I'm fine with that, it's just the fact that people should be informed in the rules as to what you specifically can and can't do i.e. can go where you can get without jetpack, can't go where it's a jetpack only location. I also want to clarrify a specific example of this rule that people are often arguing about. On Obama, down the corridor that leads to the outside/price is right area there is a hole in the roof that you can jetpack out of. People are always arguing the fact that the hole is there for a reason and the map developer put it there so people can get out but it is 100% map exploiting. If a CT were to get up there, a T can't rebel and attack that CT if they don't have jetpack. This is a prime example of what map exploiting is defined as, so in conclusion... Just write it in the rules or something...

You can get up there without jetpack. It is pixel walking though. It is a glitch spot.

That spot is there for awpers to see from above cell tower through that hole to see if people are there.
Although the map exploiting rule is there : G8 i think this should be added at the end of this rule: "For example: Using jetpack to reach spots unreachable without jetpack; Map exploits."

I'm fine with adding something along these lines to the rules, but the community needs to agree on it.
I also believe that anywhere you can't reach without jetpack shouldn't be allowed.

IMO any location which requires jetpack to walk around on shouldn't been allowed.
Even if people can jump up and knife you, it should still be considered map exploiting Hello World
