Yes they were meant to be on permanent bans so its fine but do you have any evidence/witnesses to backup the ddos/spam?

i was on the server when they connected to surf, out of no where they started saying "invex is shit" and stuff like that, then they started throwing around ddos threats saying they're gonna ddos invex, they were constant mic spamming and abusing other players including the only admin on @"Confusion", sorry that i dont have any video evidence of this happening but @"Confusion" and @"soleKinqq" were the only people i knew that were listening to them at the time before they got banned for 1440 minutes.

Regardless of the matter they shouldn't have been on the server anyway since they were permanently banned, so the re-ban is justified that's fine. There was some light offensive language in between an argument but I failed to see any DDOS threats or mic spam. Any comments @Confusion Yuri ?

The DDOS threat was very mild and included them saying how they knew how and why it happened and that they condoned the actions used for Invex to be ruined on forums. The mic spamming and the DDOS threat happened before the recording, also the mic spam was because of the abusive but constant language used against me, the server and byte.
