Being neutral due to their being X amount of Admins isnt a reason. We still like to see potential Admins for later down the line for after Demotions/Resignations so if you could all keep that in mind, Thanks.

One of the most mature people I know who also knows when it is time to have fun or to be serious. He Knows the rules and acts like an admin even without powers. Another thing I would like to note is that he took a lot of time since his last application (11-10-2016) to improve on all his "flaws" from last time. +1
