Baiting during LR period and during LR

So I made this thread a while ago and the same topic has come up recently. The thread didn't have a clear enough consensus to use it as a rule (since it isn't specified in the rules). My interpretation of the rule is that if a CT is purposely trying to get the prisoner to knife them during the LR period (where the T isn't in an LR yet) the T should be allowed to knife them although if they are in an LR with a CT such as guntoss/most jumps there is no such thing as baiting.

In lr, imo baiting should be a thing. However, it should be fare losly treated. Only if a ct INTENTIONALLY baits a t, a t should be able to kill them.

ye, I agree that it shouldn't be like baiting during the normal day and the T's can't be too nazi with it but people have different opinions on baiting as to whether you are actually in an LR with the prisoner (LR) or are waiting for them to choose one (LR period)
