Based on information i'm pretty sure it's the server/console banning you. You will have to consult a Staff member or G-Admin to help fix it.

Going to pull a Kwala (BANNED) and copy/paste my response from Hawaii's thread.

The duplicate account ban is an automatic ban that happens when your IP matches an IP that is already banned (but with different Steam ID). This stops people from simply switching to different steam accounts over and over when they get banned.

Obviously we can't verify if its your brother/cousin/anyone else who was on the account so bans from the same IP will affect everybody.

However, I can look into it more.
The current ban is for 2 days.
Its caused by a ban from a player called 'rood' (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198266333038).

What is your relationship with rood?

Your ban has already expired. Keep in mind that in the future, if someone at your house gets banned, you will also receive a ban automatically by the system.
