Killemz admins are made to reference the rules to the common player base.
Admins cannot add interpretations to rules unless the rule itself is unclear. Even then, admins should seek confirmation with other staff. The rule (CT 21) CT21: GUARDS cannot plant/give guns to PRISONERS, unless it is needed in a game situation (e.g gun toss).

Can't be bothed reading what others have said so here's my opinion(may have been said already). It should only be gun plant if the Ct has given a T any gun that has bullets in it, If doesn't have any ammo in it, It should be ok. I think it should be like this because the warden might want to play gun toss as a map game. But as I said I haven't read anything on here

dropping a gun to a T on purpose is gun planting no matter what. Just don't throw it to a T

Why is this being discussed lmao... Giving a T a gun is gun planting and can be warned/slayed/swapped/CT banned for doing so.
Even if you are checking a T for guns. Still gun planting.
