[JAILBREAK] Jetpack Fuel

[Forgotten]

Jetpack doesn't reset to full fuel after a round ends.

E.G. The map is jb_clouds and the guards just died, I'm jetpacking around and then when I spawn into the next round, the fuel is still close to empty from last rounds jetpacking, compromising me/other people from jetpacking up to climb from cells.

This also happens on surf whether you start the round going from redie or from staying alive.

Please fix, i have the same thing happen to me, as it does to squid.

Maybe make it so it starts on 0.5 of it's 0.5 under so it still makes it a bit original.

Right so this is a suggestion, not a bug report.
If so it needs to be moved there.
